Pro Bowl kick returner Jacoby Jones is being activated from the non-football injury list and is cleared to practice today after passing the Ravens' mandatory conditioning test according to a source with knowledge of the situation.
Jones didn't pass it on the initial try upon reporting to training camp but he is now cleared to practice.
The Ravens require players when reporting to training camp to make a series of interval runs in assigned times before they're allowed to practice.
Ravens coach John Harbaugh had predicted that Jones would pass the test quickly.
"I would be very surprised if he isn't" Harbaugh said. "He's really close on it."
Meanwhile the Ravens placed safety Anthony Levine on the active physically unable to perform list.
