The Jacksonville Jaguars have added guard Will Rackley to the injury report with a concussion. Rackley, who has started 11 of 13 games this season, reported symptoms Saturday morning. He is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Buffalo. Rackley first sustained a concussion Oct. 27 against San Francisco in London and missed the next two games. He started the last three - all wins. If Rackley isn't cleared to play, Mike Brewster probably will start against the Bills. The Jaguars (4-9) also activated tight end Allen Reisner and linebacker LaRoy Reynolds to the 53-man roster. Reisner, who missed the last eight games with a knee injury, is returning from the injured reserve/designated-to-return list. Reynolds is returning from a four-game suspension for violating NFL rules on performance enhancing substances. --- AP NFL website:

Jaguars give up on Jeremy Mincey, again

So much for making the most of a second chance. The Jaguars released defensive end Jeremy Mincey Friday, a transaction that in and of itself wouldn’t attract much notice. Mincey said the...

For reserve QB Blaine Gabbert, days with Jaguars likely dwindling

Quarterback-team divorces are rarely pretty. Starter struggles, is benched, made inactive and eventually cut. Or starter injured, doesn’t get his job back and requests trade. Words are exchanged, feelings bruised and grudges held. Just this year, there have been high-profile quarterback-team soap operas with Tampa Bay and the New York Jets and both were topped this week by the...
