JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Liam Coen has added a new face to his offensive coaching staff. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Jaguars have hired Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive line coach Brian Picucci, who Tampa Bay blocked the Jaguars from hiring a year previously.
