I guess I was right earlier today in my article about the signing of offensive tackle Cameron Bradfield when I said that Jaguars GM Dave Caldwell and head coach Gus Bradley had different plans for today, deciding not to attend Clemson’s Pro Day. Just a few hours after signing Bradfield, NFL Network’s Media Insider, Ian Rapoport, was the first to report that the team had signed another one if it’s free-agents-to-be. #Jaguars agreed to terms with TE Clay Harbor to a two-year deal, per source. Had 24 catches for 292 yards last year. — Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) March 6, 2014 Harbor, 26, was originally drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 4th round of the 2010 NFL draft out of Missouri State University and played in all 16 games for the Jaguars in 2013, performing well in the absence of the injured Marcedes Lewis. It appears that the team wasn’t done just yet either. Jaguars are busy, re-signing RFA OT Cameron Bradfield and keeping TE Clay Harbor & OT Sam Young, who were scheduled to be UFAs next week. — Brian McIntyre (@brian_mcintyre) March 6, 2014 Young, 26, was originally drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the 2010 NFL Draft. He joined the Jaguars off waivers from the Buffalo Bills on October 8. He played in two games for the Jaguars, while being active for 11. Young will have the chance to compete with Bradfield for the “swing” tackle spot. While all three free-agents-to-be have signed a two-year contract, Harbor and Young are the first of team’s unrestricted free agents to sign with the team before the start of free agency on March 11.
