Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker exited the game against Houston Texans in the first quarter following an apparent left shoulder injury. Locker was immediately taken into the locker room for further evaluation. His status is unknown. Texans cornerback Glover Quin, who came on a nickel blitz, smashed into Locker's hand to force a fourth down. It's possible Locker reaggravted an injury to his left shoulder, which he sustained in Week 1 against the New England Patriots while making a tackle following an interception.
