Found June 19, 2014 on College Spun:
Most of the time, fan-made college football hype videos are sub-par compared to school-produced clips. But every once in a while, the script is flipped. Last week, a Penn State supporter named Alec Berger put together a two-minute Nittany Lions hype video that makes use of the famous Lion King track “Circle of Life”.  PSU fan or not – you’ll have to admit that he did an amazing job. Heck, even head coach James Franklin himself was impressed. He somehow found it and praised the creator. #PSUnrivaled Would love to know who made this? Really well done, best fans in America! Thanks Guys! http://t.co/JPJHj8n29q #107kStrong — James Franklin (@coachjfranklin) June 19, 2014  Penn State kicks off its season against UCF on August 30th. You can bet the Nittany Lions are looking to avenge last year’s loss.

Awesome Fan Made ‘Lion King’ Penn State Hype Video

9 times out of 10 the school made hype videos are much better than anything fans produce. Every once in a while, you come across something like this though. It’s a cert of significance, a certificate of authenticity you...

Ranking the top 50 Penn State football players of all time

It’s never too early to talk Penn State football. And in mid June, I couldn’t think of a better time than now to rank the top 50 Penn State football players of all time. With “Linebacker U.” there’s a whole lot of legends to choose from at that one position alone: Shane Conlan, Courtney Brown, Jack Ham, LaVar Arrington, etc. etc. etc. What about the running backs: Blair...

Maryland’s Randy Edsall On Penn State’s Recruiting Success: “Talk Is Cheap”

Twitter/@YorkDispatch Since coming to Penn State, James Franklin has been a tireless recruiter, working hard to bring in elite talent en route to the Nittany Lions having one of the best 2015 classes in America. Part of this is because his plan to “dominate the state” doesn’t just include Pennsylvania. According to Franklin, he plans on treating New Jersey, Maryland, Washington...
