Vikings defensive end Jared Allen and Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive tackle Donald Penn each were fined $7,875 for unnecessary roughness in the Week 8 Thursday night game between the Bucs and Vikings, Tom Pelissero of 1500ESPN reports.
