TEAMS: Philadelphia Eagles, Baltimore Ravens, New Orleans Saints

Jason Kelce suffered a partially torn ACL and fully torn MCL against the Baltimore Ravens
Eagles center Jason Kelce suffered a partial ACL tear and a full MCL tear in Sunday’s win over the Baltimore Ravens. Eagles head athletic trainer Rick Burkholder announced the injury at Andy Reid’s Monday press conference at the Nova Care Complex.
Burkholder stated that it would take approximately 4-6 weeks for the ACL tear to heal on its own, pending a scope Kelce will have on his knee on Tuesday.
Depending on how severe the ACL tear is, Kelce could come back and play against the New Orleans Saints in week 9. If the scope shows significant damage, Kelce would be out the rest of the season.
Kelce was injured when Ravens safety Ed Reed ran into his leg in the third quarter. He didn’t return to action and underwent an MRI on Monday morning.
The offensive line injuries continue to pile up for the Eagles this season. King Dunlap, in for the injured Jason Peters at Left Tackle, walked off under his own power with a pulled hamstring. Coach Reid said that, barring any setbacks, Dunlap would suit up for Sunday’s away game against the Cardinals. Dallas Reynolds seems like he will be taking over the responsibilities for Kelce at center. Reynolds never appeared in an NFL game before this season, logging his time on the team’s practice squad.
