Jay Cutler is a Rex Grossman with a bigger ego. That’s right, I said it. Rex Grossman if you remember Bear fans if you haven’t blocked out the memory yet, was woefully inconsistent with the Bears.… Read more

Turning takeaways into TDs is part of Bears' philosophy
During the Chicago Bears' three-game winning streak, the defense has allowed just two touchdowns. But that's not even half the story of what has become one of the NFL's most dominating units. During those same three games, the defense has scored five touchdowns, just one fewer than the Chicago offense has produced in that span. Taking the ball away and then taking...

Bears' defense keeps racking up points
How's this for an oddity?
Charles Tillman and Lance Briggs have more touchdown catches than Calvin Johnson and as many as Larry Fitzgerald and Reggie Wayne.
Well, sort of.
Tillman and Briggs actually have two interception returns for touchdowns, and the Chicago Bears' defense has been racking up points of late at a rate that would make any high-powered offense envious...
Bears look to avoid letdown against Jaguars
Fresh from a convincing win in Dallas on Monday night, the Chicago Bears try to guard against complacency when they travel to Jacksonville Sunday to face the struggling Jaguars (1-3). With a victory, the Bears (3-1) can head into their bye week with confidence and no worse than a first place tie in the NFC North with Minnesota. The Bears [...]

Zeoli's Bears-Jaguars Diary: Bears Spay Jaguars
3:19 PM Central - Confession. I got delayed watching Kirk Jesus Cousins make his first NFL appearance, in relief of a concussed RG3, on the local Redskins broadcast. As a life-long, utterly unhinged Michigan State Spartan, I simply could not look away as he took the field. I hope he takes over for Cutler in 2020 when Cutler retires after his 3rd Super Bowl title. And...

his football skills are far superior to Grossmans! Anyone who can take the hits that Cutler takes game after game and still continue to make the plays is a winner in my book.
