PLAYERS: Jay Cutler
TEAMS: Chicago Bears
On his radio show, Jay Cutler announced that he is going to be growing a mustache to take part in the annual “Movember” campaign to raise funds and awareness for men’s health issues, specifically in regards to prostate and testicular cancer. Cutler admitted that he initially tried to get out of the deal by saying he had to check with Cavallari, but she tweeted “The Waddle & Silvy Show” to say it was all Cutler’s decision. November is also an awareness month for diabetes, which is a disease that afflicts Cutler, who raises money for research. Cutler was asked how will he feel if he steps to the podium in November after a tough game and the moustache is blamed. “I guess it’s better than most of the things that are said, so I’ll take it,” Cutler quipped. Catty even when do-gooding. That’s our Catler! Now we only needs tails to not violate uniform regulations and soon we may see this. Jay Cutler Appears to Curse Soldier Field Fans After Hearing First-Half Boos (Video)

If cursing offends you, and you can read lips -- don't watch the video below. After a very poor first-half performance by Jay Cutler, Chicago Bears fans let their quarterback know just how they felt about him on Sunday. Of course, Cutler did help the team orchestrate a 23-22 comeback victory over the Carolina Panthers, moving Chicago to 6-1, but it's what happened between...

Jay Cutler Appreciation Week: In Celebration of Jay, The Humble Dog Owner

Yesterday, we kicked off Jay Cutler Appreciation Week with a look at Jay’s most notorious douchebag moments. It was nothing short of glorious. But today is a different day, so we must move on. Despite all the flak Cutler gets for supposedly being arrogant and having a bad attitude, I know he’s a good guy because he’s a dog owner. A bad person doesn’t take the task of picking...

Jay Cutler appears to swear at Bears fans for booing at halftime

The Chicago Bears did not play particularly well against the Carolina Panthers until the fourth quarter on Sunday. A game that many expected to be a rout looked like a sure upset through the first three quarters. Chicago trailed 13-7 at halftime after playing particularly poorly on offense, and the fans let them hear it on their way into the locker room. This did not please Jay Cutler...

Chicago Bears Post Game Quotes Week 8 vs. Carolina Panthers: Jay Cutler

Jay Cutler, QB On if ribs were affected at all today “Ah no. Didn’t really feel them. No one played well. I didn’t play well. It starts with me. Offensively, those first three and a half quarters were just ugly. Getting good field position, defense was fighting their butts off (offense) just couldn’t get it going.” On if they took the run away from them...

Bears looking to get offense untracked

(Eds: Updates. With AP Photos.) Quarterback Jay Cutler and the Chicago Bears offense struggled enough against Carolina to elicit boos from Soldier Field fans, and receive a poor review of their inconsistency a day later from coach Lovie Smith. Cutler got sacked six times in the first half and has been sacked 11 times in two games, while the running game bogged down in the second...

Brian Urlacher: If the fans can say whatever they want, why can’t we?

Jay Cutler has been taking some heat over the past few days after it appeared that he swore at Chicago Bears fans on his way to the locker room before halftime of a win over the Carolina Panthers. The Bears offense had played poorly and the fans were booing, so it made sense to think that. Of course, Cutler denied blasting the fans and said he was simply angry with the way he and...

Bears survive scare vs. Carolina Panthers

The Chicago Bears should consider themselves lucky to come away with a 23-22 victory against the Carolina Panthers at home in Week 8. Robbie Gould nailed a 41-yard field goal as time expired to give the Bears (6-1) the win. The win keeps Chicago ahead in the NFC North by two in the loss column and from an embarrassing loss against a team that has only won one game this season...

Chicago Bears: Week 9 NFL Power Rankings (#3)

Last week: 1 (-2) Record: 6-1 I’m moving the Bears out of the #1 spot barely this week because I wasn’t impressed with their near home loss to the Panthers and because the Falcons looked good against the Eagles. However, the Falcons still haven’t really played anyone that’s any good and they almost lost at home to the Raiders. The Bears’ one loss was on Thursday Night and...

Chicago Bears Escape With a Win Over The Carolina Panthers

For more than three quarters Sunday afternoon, the NFC North leading Chicago Bears looked as though they were in big trouble against the visiting Carolina Panthers. Trailing Cam Newton’s one-win crew 13-7 at half time the Bears were even loudly booed by the Soldier Field faithful heading into the locker room."I'd boo us too," Bears quarterback Jay Cutler said. "...
