New York Giants cornerback Jayron Hosley had a nice game on Thursday night against the Panthers. He recorded his first career interception, but left the game early with a hamstring injury.
According to Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPNNewYork.com, Hosley’s hamstring injury isn’t considered to be serious, which is great news for the Giants since they’re so thin at the corner position.
Jayron Hosley said his hamstring injury isn’t anything serious. He said he underwent an ultrasound and “it showed nothing”

The good news is that Hosley and the Giants have about ten days to rest up and get ready for the Eagles on next Sunday night.

Over the past two weeks, the New York Giants have had something they haven’t had in what feels like forever.A running game. And, naturally, just as every other player has emerged in their recent system, that running game has come from someone who no one would have expected it to.Andre Brown, who spent his 2010 season on five different teams and the 2011 season on the Giants practice...
New York Giants cornerback Corey Webster suffered a broken bone in his left hand during Thursday night’s win over the Panthers. He ended up briefly leaving the game in the first half. He came back and played the remainder of the game with a hard cast on his hand.
Webster says that he doesn’t plan on missing any time. Instead he’ll play through it.

According to Jenny Vrentas of the Newark Star-Ledger, New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks hasn’t been ruled out of tonight’s game against the Panthers because of any setbacks he’s suffered. He’s out because of the short week he wasn’t able to rest his foot the way he normally would. With the short week he had trouble running during Wednesday morning’s walk...
In light of the recent disagreement between Tom Coughlin and Greg Schaino, I have decided to have some fun and make up a list of NFL Brawls between players and coaches that we like to see face off. Over the years, players and coaches have fought and had issues with one another. Be it players fighting on the field, or a coach upset by just a handshake. I present to you the top...
Giants receiver Ramses Barden will start in place of the injured Hakeem Nicks Thursday against the Panthers.Fantasy Spin:Barden is only an option in very deep leagues but he figures to see most of Nicks' targets this week, with Jerrel Jernigan and Rueben Randle also in play (Domenik Hixon is also inactive).
Cam Newton was embarrassed by his Panthers performance Thursday night against the defending champion, New York Giants. Cam has been said to be a little to emotional at times, letting the highs and the lows of the game hit him harder than necessary (sometimes that’s just called “passion” but I guess it depends on the [...]
Giants running back Andre Brown had a career night Thursday against the Panthers, rushing for 113 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries in relief of an injured Ahmad Bradshaw.Fantasy Spin:Meanwhile, David Wilson received one carry. As long as Bradshaw remains out, consider Brown a RB2, even in 10-team leagues. He's looked that good in his last two games, carrying 33 times for...
NEW YORK (AP) The NFL and its locked-out officials met the last two days but remain far apart in settling their dispute, a person familiar with the negotiations said Friday.
The person briefed The Associated Press but requested anonymity because the negotiations are intended to remain private. The person added in the email that no progress has been made and no further talks are...
CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Picking up where they left off in their last game, the New York Giants steamrolled the Carolina Panthers, in part by unleashing a new weapon. Andre Brown ran for a career-best 113 yards and scored two touchdowns as the Giants cruised to a 36-7 victory Thursday night at Bank of America Stadium. The Giants, who got five field goals from Lawrence Tynes, won...
