The St. Louis Rams were absolutely drubbed this weekend by the New England Patriots in a 45-7 beating that took place in London. Much was made leading up to the game being played across the pond and how it affects a team's preparation, performance, and post-London recovery.
Unfortunately, head coach Jeff Fisher's Rams did not look like they prepared or performed very well in a trouncing at the hands of Tom Brady and company.
Yet, the coach is saying the right things about the experience, even going as far as suggesting other teams should play in the game in the future.
“We appreciate the whole experience,” Fisher said. “The experience was incredible. Everybody associated with this game treated us like kings. It’s a great ball game and I would strongly recommend this game to the other member clubs of the National Football League.“
