Rodgers certainly doesn't seem to have the ego that Favre displayed which would make him easier to work with.

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- After catching passes for two years from Brett Favre and spending the last four seasons on the receiving end of Aaron Rodgers' throws, Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings is comfortable picking which quarterback is better: Rodgers.
"They both bring different things to the table, but honestly right now I definitely have to go with ... Aaron," Jennings said on a New York 1050 radio show on Sunday. "His body of work at such a young age, his attention to detail, his discipline, I think it's really second to none -- its un-paralleled."
Jennings was drafted in the second round of the 2007 draft by the Packers, where he played alongside Favre in the now-retired quarterback's final two seasons in Green Bay.
Coming off a bye week as the NFC's No. 1 seed, the Packers now know they will face the Giants after New York beat the Atlanta Falcons, 24-2, in the wild-card round on Sunday.
It was a game between the Packers and Giants in the NFC Championship Game in 2007 that ended Favre's 16-year run as Green Bay's starting quarterback and allowed Rodgers -- the team's first-round pick in 05 -- to get an opportunity to start after three seasons as the backup. Favre's final throw in a gold and yellow uniform was an overtime interception that set up New York for a game-winning field goal. Favre struggled that entire game, finishing with two interceptions and 19 of 35 passing and only converting 1 of 10 third-down plays.
The beginning of Rodgers' career as a starter wasn't pretty. Not only was Rodgers following Favre and being held to very high standards from a local fan base that still showed a lot of loyalty to No. 4, but he was also taking over a team that was one win away from the Super Bowl.
In 2008, the Packers finished 6-10 with Rodgers throwing 28 touchdowns and three interceptions. Three years later, Rodgers has a Super Bowl ring (and MVP honors in that game) and is likely going to be named the NFL's Most Valuable Player this season. He shattered Peyton Manning's all-time passer rating record to go with 45 touchdowns and six interceptions, all while leading Green Bay to a 15-1 record.
"You haven't really found a QB that has done it the way (Rodgers) has done it," Jennings said in the radio interview. "I mean, you have the young guys that are coming out and they're making a huge impact in this game ... but his attention to detail and his discipline to be perfect or so close to perfect I think that's really going to separate himself ... his study habits are ... they speak volume for themselves."
Jennings has had far more success working with Rodgers than he did Favre. Even this season, with Jennings missing the final three games due to a torn MCL, he still surpassed his production in receptions and yards from 2006 and 07 under Favre.

Rodgers, Foster lead list for 2012
Albert Einstein once warned, "Never think of the future - it comes soon enough." While I usually condemn disputing the guidance of men whose surnames are synonymous with "genius," I think our friend AE's advice is invalid in the endeavor of distinguishing keepers for the 2012 fantasy football season. So before we put a wrap on the 2011 year, let's pause...
