The Carolina Panthers signed kicker Justin Medlock to a three-year contract Wednesday.Medlock will earn $390,000 in 2012 with base salaries of $480,000 and $570,000 for 2013 and 2014.Medlock has spent the last three years in the Canadian Football League.
