ESPN’s Matthew Berry, aka The Talented Mr. Roto, and his annoying voice want to make it official – Jermichael Finley is irrelevant. He is being phased out of game plans on the field and he is being dropped and traded on the fantasy football virtual gridiron.
Or at least that is the suggestion:
“I’d trade Jermichael Finley for a bag of doughnuts. Or a small Slurpee. Or for my roomie to give me the remote for a half hour. He shouldn’t be on a roster in a 10-team league. Or a 12-teamer. And I can’t imagine how desperate I’d have to be to start him. Ugh.”
“…And now, like Jermichael Finley on a fantasy roster, away we go.”
“Tight Ends I hate in Week 11 – Jermichael Finley, Packers: Death, taxes, Jermichael drops.”
Ouch. I would really like to know what is going on in Ted Thompson’s head right now. There are five tight ends on the team and none are better than a “C” level.
