Luke McCown gets sacked by Mo Wilkerson
Well, well, well everyone. Don’t call me Nostradamus but I think I predicted the outcome of this game a few days ago huh? This surely wasn’t the cleanest game the Jets have ever played, offensively speaking, but a win is a win. The defense did exactly what it had to do against an inferior opponent, picking off Luke McCown 4 times! In fact, Luke McCown literally had a QB Rating of ZERO! But besides all of that, here are a few notes from the Jets game.
Let’s all take a minute out of our day and pray to whoever you pray to that Nick Mangold does not have a serious injury. Mangold is the rock of the Jets already shaky offensive line and without him, Sanchez will not last the whole season.
On an offensive line note, Wayne Hunter is STRUGGLING. Whether it’s penalties or getting smoked off the edge by a defensive end, I do not trust Hunter to get the job done. If Sanchez gets hurt this year, it’ll be because of a misse...
