NFL Trade Rumors:
Chris Mortensen of ESPN reports that Jets QB Mark Sanchez could have a partially torn labrum in his right shoulder.
Mortensen noticed Sanchez was passing the ball with his left non-throwing arm. Apparently doctors believe Sanchez might have a partially torn his labrum on his right shoulder when taking that big hit against the Giants in preseason.
It had been rumored that Sanchez originally dislocated his shoulder in said game, only for team doctors to pop it back into it’s socket. A dislocation plus a partially torn labrum would mean Sanchez could be at risk of miss the entire season.
Sanchez is expected to seek a second opinion on the potential labrum tear this week. If the labrum is indeed torn, then it is highly unlikely Sanchez will play this season.

Mark Sanchez has been battling an injury for the last few weeks, and it’s been reported that Jets rookie Geno Smith would get the start at quarterback in Week 1 against the Buccaneers.

Success in the NFL is almost entirely measured by getting to or winning championships, and that alone. It's a tool that is used to determine, over the course of a season or career, the franchises players' or organizations' long-term accomplishments. Unfair or fair, that's just the way it is these days. So when you look back at Rex's tenure here in New York, has...

The team released Quinn last week in a financial move. If Quinn had been on the roster for Sunday’s game, his entire salary for the 2013 season would have been guaranteed.
