FLORHAM PARK, N.J. - Brett Favre strikes again.The league disciplined the Jets Wednesday for failing to disclose Favre's torn right biceps tendon last season, an issue that cropped up last week after Favre told reporters in Minnesota that he was injured for "about the final four or five games" in 2008.The league announced $125,000 in total fines, with the organization getting slapped for $75,000 by NFL executive vice president for football operations Ray Anderson . General manager Mike Tannenbaum and former Jets coach Eric Mangini each was fined $25,000.Tannenbaum said last week he should have listed Favre as probable on the injury report, even though he said Favre wasn't getting treatment and was going to play.The Jets said in a statement: "We have been fully cooperative with the league throughout this investigation and respect their decision."In a statement, Mangini said: "I have worked with the league on this matter and now consider it clos...
