FLORHAM PARK, N.J. - Brett Favre strikes again.The league disciplined the Jets Wednesday for failing to disclose Favre's torn right biceps tendon last season, an issue that cropped up last week after Favre told reporters in Minnesota that he was injured for "about the final four or five games" in 2008.The league announced $125,000 in total fines, with the organization getting slapped for $75,000 by NFL executive vice president for football operations Ray Anderson .
