Tim Tebow, Mark Sanchez and the New York Jets are scheduled for four prime-time television appearances this season, including a Thanksgiving night matchup at home against the New England Patriots. The Jets will play two Monday night games - at home against Houston on Oct. 8 and at Tennessee on Dec. 17 - and a Sunday night game against San Diego at MetLife Stadium on Dec. 23. The schedule, announced by the NFL on Tuesday night, marks the third straight season the Jets have had at least four prime-time games. Tebow, recently acquired from Denver, will play in his first regular-season home game for the Jets in Week 1 against Buffalo on Sept. 9. He'll also return to his hometown of Jacksonville when the Jets play there on Dec. 9.

Time Magazine names six athletes in Top 100 Influential People list including Lin, Tebow

Linsanity and TebowMania have thankfully died down in recent weeks.  Jeremy Lin saw his season come to an unfortunate end with knee surgery and Tim Tebow is settling down into the NFL offseason after being traded from Denver to the New York Jets.  Nevertheless, that recent inactivity isn't slowing down the pair's influence not just in sports, but the world.  Jeremy Lin...

Tim Tebow, Dwyane Wade sit a row apart at Yankees game; Tebow wears NY hat

A few hours after beating the Knicks at Madison Square Garden Sunday, Dwyane Wade made his way to Yankee Stadium to watch the Yankees play the Angels. He was seated a row behind Tim Tebow (and later moved up a row to sit next to Tebow), and ESPN flashed to the two of them having a conversation during the second inning. Wade was apparently booed when he was shown on the big screen...

Yankee Stadium – Jackie Robinson Day and Booing Tim Tebow

It is amazing what things can happen at Yankee Stadium.  Enemies are booed, heroes get standing ovations and moments are always waiting to happen. If there is one thing that the New York Yankees can do better than anyone else is a production.  If you have not been to a game at the new stadium, the video montages and the videos shown on the main screen are second to none.  Each...

New York Jets: Day One Of New Offense

The headlines surrounding the New York Jets first day of voluntary workouts centered on Santonio Holmes tone with reporters and his entertaining decision to Tweet a picture of himself wearing a shirt that said “captain.” Personally, I couldn’t give a damn if Holmes gave an attitude to reporters and how could you not crack a smile at that picture?
