Darrelle Revis thinks it's funny that Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz says teams no longer fear the New York Jets cornerback. ''I mean, I'm not a monster,'' Revis says Thursday with a chuckle. ''So why would anybody be scared?'' On Wednesday, Cruz told reporters that Revis has to ''earn his money this year'' and that teams ''aren't really backing down'' from the All-Pro cornerback. Revis, when asked about the comments, said he didn't want to get into a back-and-forth discussion with Cruz, but added: ''I don't even know who this guy is.'' Revis says whatever Cruz said went ''in one ear and out the other.'' Coach Rex Ryan says Revis is having ''an amazing'' season and has mostly played with ''zero help'' in coverage this season.
