The Jets Blog:
The Jets have reportedly signed defensive back Ellis Lankster to a one-year contract according to Jenny Vrentas of The Star-Ledger. Lankster, you’ll recall, had some bright moments during his time in training camp including this pick six against the Eagles in the Jets’ final preseason contest.
The move comes after a pair of injuries struck the secondary against the Patriots on Sunday. Donald Strickland suffered a head injury and Isaiah Trufant suffered what Rex deemed a “significant” hamstring injury.
No corresponding move has been announced yet.

Brady In Red: How The Patriots Decided To Play As The Jets
