With all the importance places on head injuries and concussions in sports over the past few years, all the safety measures in the world don’t help if players aren’t honest about their suffering. Mark Sanchez Will Start Week 17

Mark Sanchez will get the start at quarterback Sunday in the Jets' season finale against Buffalo.Fantasy Spin:It's pretty much by default as Greg McElroy has been ruled out with a concussion.
