Found December 28, 2012 on NFL Trade Rumors:
Rich Cimini of ESPN New York reports that the Jets have interest in both Chargers current head coach Norv Turner and former Ravens OC Cam Cameron as potential replacements for offensive coordinator Tony Sparano. Turner figures to be fired on Monday and even admitted that he intends to continue coaching next season. As for Cameron, he’s already available after Baltimore surprisingly cut him loose a few weeks ago. He has ties to head coach Rex Ryan, so there’s a chance he could be brought in the coming weeks to run the team’s offense. Sparano will almost certainly be let go on Monday after his one year with the Jets turned out to be a horrible season for everyone involved. Raiders’ director of player personnel Joey Clinkscales who has ties to the Ryan and the Jets organization and Ravens senior personnel assistant George Kokinis who also has ties to Ryan are both reportedly being concerned as potential GM replacements.   The post Jets Targeting Norv Turner & Cam Cameron As Their N...
