Jim Harbaugh wouldn’t talk to the media after his San Fransisco 49ers lost Super Bowl 47 to his brother’s team. People heard the announcers say after the game they went to the 49ers locker room to get a comment from Jim Harbaugh and he would not talk to the media, he had no statements for the millions or even billions of viewers who were waiting to hear from him.  Is Harbaugh a bad sport? Sure no one wants to lose the Super Bowl. Harbaugh especially. He has a hot temper and I’ll bet he was ready to punch someone after this game. He still should have come out and made a statement, this was the biggest game of his professional coaching career and people wanted to hear what he would have said. Harbaugh needs to learn the finer points of being a head coach in the NFL. That includes talking to the media win or loss…..

  • Hey Harbaugh...The game was not about you. So your brother got you again. Big deal. Tone down your little hissy-fits and act like a pro coach instead of a screeching little league coach. You have a great team and a QB that is going to be one of the best. Now if you could find some class...
I think Kaepernick is everything the NFL thought Tebow would be. Can't wait to watch him next year. Get rid of Moss: All of his action is from his mouth, not on the field. Moss says he is the best receiver that ever played...Ah yes...a ledgend in his own mind.

  • Jim Harbaugh has done this before! He did it when the Gaints kicked his ass last year! He may or may not be a great coach only time will tell. However, there is one thing for sure he has NO CLASS!!!!
And wither he knows it or not it reflects on his Mother and Father!

49ers pool report: Harbaugh has team adjust to lighting

49ers Practice Pool ReportBy Matt Maiocco NEW ORLEANS -- The lights of the Super Bowl appeared a little brighter for San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh, as the team went through 15 minutes of stretching and playing catch at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. The 49ers held their final get-together, a light workout on the eve of Super Bowl XLVII against the Baltimore Ravens...

Notebook: Harbaugh blasts refs; records for O

Taking his team’s loss in Super Bowl XLVII hard, Niners coach Jim Harbaugh raised several questions about the officiating after the 49ers fell to the Ravens in a tumultuous, hard-fought game.

Champagne for John Harbaugh, whine for Jim Harbaugh

NEW ORLEANS -- For the two weeks since their teams earned the right to play in Super Bowl XLVII, brothers Jim and John Harbaugh knew the bitter reality: Someone was leaving New Orleans a loser. While elder John and his Baltimore Ravens get to spend a night on Bourbon Street partying with Lombardi, Jim's 49ers swallow a painful loss, the first in San Francisco's six trips...

Jim Harbaugh’s Play Calling Lacked Creativity, Which Led to 49ers’ Late-Game Letdown

The 49ers were nearly flawless throughout the second half of Super Bowl XLVII. But when push came to shove down near the goal line with the game on the line, they just couldn’t convert. Colin Kaepernick played brilliantly throughout the second half, hitting receivers in stride consistently and using the pistol offense to both his and Frank Gore‘s advantage.  Under his guidance...

Column: Not Super, but one Harbaugh good enough

(Eds: Updates photos. With AP Photos.) By TIM DAHLBERG AP Sports Columnist It ended another lifetime after it began, with the Baltimore Ravens gladly surrendering two points that meant nothing except to some lucky bettors in Vegas. One brother patted the other on the cheek and, just like that, the strangest Super Bowl you will ever see was finally over. If football is a game of...

Lights Out Ravens Win; Jim Harbaugh Sore in Loss

On Friday I stated the Ravens would win by 3 points in a close game. It sure didn’t start out that way, but it sure ended that way. It was a Super Bowl of firsts; a fake field goal, a 34 minute power outage in the 3rd quarter, and brother vs brother (John vs. Jim Harbaugh). The half time if anyone cared also saw the reunion of Destiny’s Child (Beyonce and her band mates Michelle...

John Harbaugh Says Brother Jim Harbaugh Is ‘Best Coach in NFL’

For the better part of a decade, Bill Belichick has been the consensus pick as the NFL’s best coach. But that title might be passing on, at least according to John Harbaugh. Harbaugh, who took home his first Super Bowl title with the Ravens’ 34-31 win over the 49ers on Sunday, isn’t putting himself on that pedestal, though. Instead, he’s talking up his younger brother, Jim...

Super Bowl XLVII Drinking Game – San Francisco 49ers vs. Baltimore Ravens

The Super Bowl is the pinnacle of American sports and pop culture. It’s also one of the best nights of the year for partying. What better way to add some fun to your Super Bowl viewing experience than with a drinking game? That way, hearing about the Harbaughs being brothers (did anyone realize brothers were coaching against one another in the Super Bowl?) and Ray Lewis’s impending...
