Detroit Lions tight end Joe Fauria scored his first career touchdown in the fourth quarter of Sunday's season opener against the Minnesota Vikings, but that accomplishment has been foreshadowed by the dance moves he broke out during the celebration.
We're not sure what Fauria was trying to do here, but he probably didn't try out these moves in front of a mirror. Otherwise, Fauria would have avoided doing this in public. We can only imagine Fauria's teammates will give him a hard time in the film room on Monday while watching this. Here's the full video of the touchdown and the silly celebration:
There's really no need for the dancing. Our best advice for touchdown celebrations is to act like you've been there before.
Fauria's touchdown wrapped up the scoring in the 34-24 Lions victory.
