PLAYERS: Joe Flacco
TEAMS: Baltimore Ravens
Who knew Joe Cool had a little bit of  fashionista in him? I guess once you’ve won a Super Bowl, won MVP, and preparing to break the bank with a new contract you are awarded the privilege to rub elbows with the elite. Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco, was seen playing dress up with Tommy Hilfiger in preparation for  New York’s Fashion Week. Flacco and his wife Dana, attended Tommy Hilfiger’s men’s show on Park Avenue and posed for a few pictures afterwards. I wanted to give my wife the opportunity to be pampered a little bit,” Mr. Flacco told The New York Times. “I wanted her get some outfits and get her makeup done,” he said. “I’m usually pretty laid back. Going into a laid-back atmosphere every day for work, it doesn’t require this stuff too often. Just jeans and a nice comfortable shirt.” I never thought I would see Flacco transform into Ken the Barbie, but hey anything is possible, or maybe not.

NFL Teams Already Discussed The Idea Of Pursuing Joe Flacco If The Ravens Use Non-Exclusive Tag?

According to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, teams around the league have already been “contemplating” the idea of making a run at Ravens QB Joe Flacco should they place the non-exclusive franchise tag on him. NFL Rumor: Browns listed as prime candidate to steal Flacco from Ravens

The Cleveland Browns could conceivably roll into Year One of the Joe Banner experiment with Brandon Weeden at the helm. They could bring in a cagey veteran to give Weeden a bit of a challenge for the starting spot. They could also try to acquire a questionable cast-aside starter in San Francisco’s Alex Smith. Sports Illustrated’s Peter King, however, things the Browns could...

is Joe Flacco elite? No!

The biggest buzz word in football the last couple years is “elite.” Michael Kay asked Eli Manning if he thought he was elite and Eli said “yeah, I do.” Then he went on to win the Super Bowl MVP for the second time. Right after that radio interview, Joe Flacco said that he was elite, too. Two years later he won his first Super Bowl and now many people want to say that Joe...

Expect to see the non-exclusive franchise tender applied to Joe Flacco as free agency approaches

In the days leading up to the Super Bowl Ravens GM Ozzie Newsome indicated that the outcome of the game would have no impact on the contract offer impending free agent quarterback Joe Flacco was about to receive... the emotionless statement makes sense and seems to be playing out in the early days of negotiation opportunities. If a deal isn't reached expect to see him with a...

Ravens Win 2nd Franchise Super Bowl Despite Detractors

Historically, when we look back at the Baltimore Ravens triumphant march through the 2013 playoffs en route to their high drama victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl XLVII, we will make one important parallel with the franchise’s first and only other Super Bowl trip back in 2001 as follows:  In each of four consecutive playoff games culminating with the grandest showcase...

Is It Next Year Already? Super Bowl XLVIII Prediction

Super Bowl 47 had it all, didn’t it? Everything except Joe Flacco declaring that he’s going to f**kin’ Disney World. At least CBS didn’t pick that up on its field microphones. There’s even a rumor that the power outage was deliberate, an attempt to give San Francisco a chance to regroup, comeback and maybe even cover the spread. And, it didn’t take a replacement ref to...
