Despite only losing their last three games, quarterback Joe Flacco says the team feels as though they are 0-14 (Credit: AP Photo)
After losing three straight games to the Steelers, Redskins and Broncos, some players on the Baltimore Ravens are feeling low. While the team is still 9-5 and has clinched a playoff spot, quarterback Joe Flacco does not feel like celebrating. Flacco actually feels as though the team has not won a game all season.
“We’re a 9-5 football team, and it feels like we’re 0-14 right now. But that’s just the feeling that you have right after a game like this,” Flacco said.
Despite being down about the three game skid, Flacco believes the team can right the ship and start winning, perhaps all the way to the Super Bowl.
“We believe we’re pretty stand-up guys, tough guys, guys with character,” Flacco said. “We’re going to be able to look at ourselves in the mirror when this thing is all said and done and honestly say that we are those type of guys or that we’re not those type of guys. I believe that we are, and you’re going to be able to see that over the next six, seven weeks, however long we have left. In order to get through this, we have to go home and look in the mirror, first of all, and work as one to get better and win football games. I believe that’s the kind of people we are, and that’s the kind of guys we have and the kind of coaches we have. It’s going to take toughness to get yourself up, pull yourself in there and do the work you need to do in order to give yourself the best chance of winning on Sunday.”

So Joe Flacco is basically a fluke at this point right? Only hardcore delusional Ravens fans would tell you otherwise. The real question here is, will this be bigger than Tebowing?? #Flaccoing is way easier to do and people love to give guys a hard time in the NFL when they are struggling. It's as easy as taking a nap too, which is basically what this guy does during...
Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco threw an interception that was returned for a 98 yard touchdown in today’s game against the Denver Broncos. In the video you can see the only player remotely close to catching Chris Harris is Flacco himself, but even he falls short.
The Broncos beat the Ravens 34-17.

Joe Flacco has lost three fumbles and thrown three interceptions in his last three games, each of which the Baltimore Ravens lost.
Flacco understands that an NFL quarterback often receives an inordinate amount of criticism in defeat and perhaps too much credit for a victory. And he's OK with it.
Asked how much blame he deserves for Baltimore's current skid, Flacco replies...

On a day when a Baltimore defense inundated with injury was able to give Peyton Manning everything he could handle and more, the Ravens offense did not show up like the cavalry they were supposed to be. In fact, Flacco and company gave points away to Denver. It was a disgraceful performance.
It wasn't all on Joe Flacco, although Joe admitted after the game the pick-6 he...
With the Broncos up big Sunday in Baltimore, Ravens tight end Dennis Pitta boosted his stat line with a pair of fourth quarter touchdowns.Fantasy Spin:Pitta produced a career-high 125 yards receiving Sunday against Denver. His seven touchdown catches this season (also a personal best) ranks fifth among NFL tight ends.

The star of the week for former Brigham Young Cougars in the NFL was clearly Dennis Pitta. He had his best day, individually, as a pro. Bryan Kehl had his best game of the season, and Brady Poppinga continued his immediate impact in Dallas. On a down note, Vic So’oto is no longer on the Packers’ active roster.
