PLAYERS: Joe Montana
Cd
Back in 2009, Joe Montana made big news when he put his 500-acre Northern California spread on the housing market with an asking price of $49,000,000. Unique price, eh? Flash-forward to 2012 and Montana is still trying to sell that house. New price: $35,000,000. What changed with the house in three years to drop the price $14mm? Gophers? Bad olive crop? Windstorm took out trees? None of those, from what we can tell. What makes more sense is that Montana is trying to sell a 3-bedroom house for $35mm. Do the math. Imagine the guilty lump in your throat every time you think about living in a house with an average bedroom price of $10mm, or $27,397 per night/room for 365 days. Helluva hotel. jQuery(function($){$("a img.gallery-wall-fade").hover(function(){$(this).stop().animate({opacity:.5},{queue:false,duration:400});},function(){$(this).stop().animate({opacity:1},{queue:false,duration:400});});}); Joe Montana NorCal Estate Details: • 3 bed, 3.5 bath • 9,700 sq. ft. • 500 a...

Joe Montana Vs. Tom Brady

JoeI often refer to Joe Montana as the greatest quarterback of all-time. Joe Cool has won four Super Bowl Championships and three Super Bowl MVP’s. Tom Brady seemingly is the best quarterback left in the NFL playoffs. I’d have to say either Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers are the two best quarterbacks in the NFL.
