According to two members of the Packers organization, its common knowledge that Packers coaches and executives who move on to bigger and better opportunities are instructed to leave the Packers staff alone. So don’t expect a similar staff raid like when Tony Sparano was hired by the Dolphins, and lured numbers members of Bill Parcells former Dallas staff to Miami.
