Galloway has also visited with Buffalo and New England, who is apparently trying to sign every veteran free agent in the entire league. Galloway would be considered for the thid receiver spot recently vacated by Nate Washington, who struck it rich with the Tennessee Titans.Due to a foot injury, Galloway had just 13 catches, 138 yards and no touchdowns in nine games last season. Prior to that, he was a 1,000-yard receiver for three consecutive seasons in Tampa. He and several other veteran Bucs were recently released in a salary cap purge. He's been in the league since 1995, when Seattle used a first-round pick to select him out of THE Ohio State University.It's not outside the realm of possibility for the Steelers to explore a veteran via free agency at the position.
