Jim Wyatt reports that the Titans have scheduled a visit with free agent DE John Abraham for this Friday. Abraham, 34, has found very little interest since being released by the Falcons a few months ago. He met with the Patriots a few weeks into free agency and also found some interest from teams like the Dolphins and Broncos, but both of them have since added a defensive end to their rosters. As for the Titans, they currently have Kamerion Wimbley and Derrick Morgan manning their starting end spots, which means Abraham would most likely be relegated to playing the role of a situational pass rusher for them next season. He’s coming off of a season in which 10 sacks, so it’s not as though he’s seen a steep decline in his overall ability. On top that, there’s a good chance he would be willing to sign for a reasonable amount of money. We have Abraham listed as No. 4 player in our Best Available Free Agents list.
