John Beck has been named the starting quarterback this Sunday at Carolina. (I’ll be there!) I have absolutely no reaction to this news. It’s not really good or bad, it just sorta is. Will he be better than Grossman was last week? I’d think so. But are the Skins better overall with Beck at QB? Probably not. There’s a reason he didn’t win the starting job out of camp. So, whatever. Beck will get his chance against the one-win Panthers. And if he loses, we’ll be right back in this spot next week. Perhaps you have a stronger reaction.
