INDIANAPOLIS - JANUARY 16: Head coach John Harbaugh of the Baltimore Ravens looks on from the sideline in the second quarter against the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC Divisional Playoff Game at Lucas Oli Stadium on January 16, 2010 in Indianapolis, Indiana. (Photo by Jonathan Daniel/Getty Images)
The Harbaugh brothers shared an embrace, exchanged words of admiration for the effort their respective teams displayed. And that’s probably the last time they’ll talk about the game with each other. Ravens coach John Harbaugh has been open about how bittersweet is to win the Super Bowl, having to beat his brother in doing so. John feels Jim’s pain, and it legitimately breaks his heart. That’s some brotherly love. So, it’s no surprise John doesn’t plan on re-watching the game together with his brother in the future. He dismissed the idea when asked about it a day after the game. From Eye on Football: “No, I don’t ever think we will ever watch that game together,” John Harbaugh said Monday. “Absolutely not.” A shame, because if taped, it would have the potential of being an entertaining, foul-mouthed equivalent of a movie’s DVD commentary.
