Despite all of the rumors, former Oakland Raiders and Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Jon Gruden told reporters that he plans to return to the broadcast booth in 2012 and not the sidelines. Gruden was linked in a report last week to be joining the St. Louis Rams as their head coach in an elaborate plan laid out by a beat reporter which covers the San Diego Chargers. Speaking to the Tampa Tribune, Gruden denied that he has any plans to return to the sidelines in 2012. “I love my job and I’ll be back at ESPN with the guys. I’m not going anywhere.” Despite the rumors which surfaced last week, I never thought that Jon Gruden was going to be a head coach which would be interested in taking the helm of the St. Louis Rams. I believe he might return to coaching, and it might still be in 2012, but it’s going to have to be with only the perfect situation. San Diego might be that perfect situation if the franchise decides to move Norv Turner. Since being released by the Tampa Bay Buccanee...
