Wide receiver Jacoby Jones has been penciled in as a starter for the Houston Texans for this Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins.Jones will step in opposite Andre Johnson for the tilt with the Dolphins. He earned a promotion after Kevin Walter suffered a shoulder injury in the club's season-opening win over Indianapolis over the weekend.Walker remains week-to-week with the injury.Jones had three catches for 43 yards and returned a punt 91 yards for a touchdown vs. the Colts.
