The Tampa Bay Times reports that the Buccaneers do not intend on signing quarterback Josh Freeman to a long-term contract this offseason.Fantasy Spin:Freeman is in the final year of his deal and the team will decide what to do with him after the 2013 season. He began the 2012 season strong (95.1 QB rating in his first eight games) before unraveling late in the year (2 TD, 9 INT in his last three games).
