Photo by the North County Times According to the North County Times, a billboard of Junior Seau popped up on Interstate 5 in Oceanside, CA this past week. The billboard faces south on the west side of the freeway. You can see what it looks like above. Seau’s family was very surprised by the billboard since they didn’t know it was going up.
