While Terrell Owens former ties to the Bengals have drawn some ink this week, there is one current Bengal and ex-Eagle who still feels something special when playing Philadelphia — offensive guard Bobbie Williams. Williams was drafted by the Eagles in the second round in 2000 and played there for four seasons before coming to Cincinnati in 2004. “Just a bunch of birds,” said Williams jokingly when asked if he feels something when facing the Eagles.  “It’s always a sense of something that’s rolling back there that says let me know a little something. There’s always that against all teams though. It’s all fun though. My tenure here has been longer than in Philadelphia. There’s nothing that’s even bubbling there.
