I have been trying to stay as reserved as possible on a subject that seems to rehash itself every few weeks over the past two months.  First our "superstar!!" QB wants a new deal and if not he is not going to report to camp.  Then, he will report to camp, but he still wants a new deal.  Now apparently, this jamoke is contemplating retiring if he does not get the new deal that he is looking for.  "If it doesn't work itself out, if a contract is not presented as far as a renewal to finish my career, then I will seriously think about what my alternate options may be," Jeff Garcia said today on Sirius Satellite Radio, as reported on NFL Network by Adam Schefter.  "And it may come to not playing football anymore." I have an idea.  Quit then.   Stop talking about it, and just do it.  Get your balls out of Carmella's hands, and be a man.  Tired of this whole drama to be honest.  Our QB situation, in my estimation, is just fine, with or without Jeff Garcia.  Luke McCown is a QB that Gruden went after in 2005.  He has a laser for an arm, can move, and last year in his starts with Garcia out, proved a lot to me.  He looked like an NFL QB.  He completed 93 of 135 pass attempts in his 4 starts for a completion percentage of 68.8.  Wee Man had a completion percentage of 63.9.   Luke thew 5 Td's and 3 picks in 4 starts, Wee Man threw for 13 Td's and 4 picks in 13 starts.   I only remember one really bad pass Luke making in his starts, one that went for a pick 6.  With Brian Griese, potentially Chris Simms, and a young Josh Johnson on the roster, the Bucs would still have plenty of viable backup options at QB if Luke were to start the season as our starting QB.  That would mean the release of this whining little baby.  I was real skeptical of this little whiner when we got him, because his whole career to me at that point, seemed to be a tad overated.  Also remember having a distinct feeling of having a whiny little bitch on the team, and it turns out, my initial gut reactions may have been right.   If you are going to quit old man, stop talking about doing it, and just do it already.  We will move on without you.
