San Francisco 49ers: The Niners swagger is back

The San Francisco 49ers have got their swagger back. They have won 4 straight games and have done so in dominant fashion. How dominate? Well the Niners have scored 30 points in 4 straight games for the first time since 1998 when Steve Young was their quarterback. They’ve also outscored opponents 132 to 51. That’s dominance. The Niners have done it by playing smash-mouth football...

Niners starting QB Colin Kaepernick is making less than Steve Young to play quarterback

Colin Kaepernick is the starting quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers but he’s actually making less than former Niners QB Steve Young, who is still being paid from a contract he signed years ago. One of the key items in the recently renegotiated Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) was the pay schedule for rookie players. Prior to a new CBA, teams that finished with top picks...

Seattle Seahawks Heavily Favoured on the Road Again

It can’t just be 49ers fans who must tire of hearing about The 12th Man. Apologies to any Cardinals or Rams out there, but San Fran have become the nemesis and it’s something I hoped would happen ever since Seattle was plonked back into the NFC West in 2002.
