Kalil Bell Tweets: I’m Taking My Talents Back To Chicago -

Running back Kahlil Bell tweeted Saturday that he’s back with the Chicago Bears. The Bears looked to sign another back after starter Matt Forte went down with a high ankle sprain Thursday against the Green Bay Packers. “I’m taking my talents back to Chicago,” Bell wrote. “So happy to be back. Never wanted to leave.” Steve Slaton reportedly worked out with the Bears on Saturday, but the Bears were leaning towards Bell, according to CBSSports.com’s Jason La Canfora. Chicago Tribune reporter Vaughn McClure tweeted that Bell will sign a a one-year deal for the league minimum. Bell was cut by the Bears in August after he declined to take a pay cut from $1.26 million to $700,000. He didn’t catch on with another team.

Bears player takes swipe at Jay Cutler's behavior

Jay Cutler took a beating against the Packers on Thursday night. He was sacked a whopping seven times and hurried on almost all of his throws, which lead to a four-interception performance in the loss. Matt Forte‘s high ankle sprain in week one has opened the door for Bell to return to the club...

Bears bring Bell back for encore

Concerned with the absence of injured starting running back Matt Forte and in a bit of irony, the Chicago Bears re-signed RB Kahlil Bell Saturday. His one-year deal at a reported $615,000 is far below the $1.26 million [...]

Cutler ripped by Bears teammate

At least one Chicago Bears player is not defending quarterback Jay Cutler for his treatment of offensive tackle J'Marcus Webb during last Thursday's loss to the Green Bay Packers. Chicago Bears: Jay Cutler Criticism Uncalled For

Let’s face it, it takes a lot to make Chicago Bears fans happy. I should know because I am one of them.BUT, an issue I have had with the majority of Chicago Bears fans over the years is their constant unhappiness with whoever the current quarterback is. Granted, there are a whole lot of reasons to understand this when there have been 16 Chicago Bears quarterbacks in the past 14...

The Bears have some concerns after Thursday’s loss

What is the biggest concern for the Chicago Bears after last night’s game?  Is it the play of Jay Cutler, the ankle of Matt Forte or the lack of protection from the offensive line? Chicago Bears All-22 Coaches Tape Review: Offensive Game Plan

Week Two Grades, Chicago Bears Edition

By Zack Pearson Chicitysports.com (Special to Bearsbacker.com) It was defiantly a game to forget for the Chicago Bears. The Bears went into Lambeau Field and were spanked by the Green Bay Packers. It was a complete disaster for the Bears, who had the chance to put the Packers in a 0-2 hole to start the NFL season. Instead, it was the Bears who left feeling like they were put into...
