Kellen Winslow Jr. is in the middle of a scandal that has taken the college football world by storm and put the Miami Hurricanes in serious trouble. As earlier reported by Yahoo Sports Ponzi Scheme millionaire Nelvin Shapiro has claimed that he provided impermissible benefits to thousands of Hurricane players from 2002-2010. Shapiro also claims that while this was happening several coaches from the Hurricane football and basketball programs knew what was going on and did nothing about it.
Now while the NFL players who were involved in such acts, like Winslow, cannot be suspended from current NFL games there sure can be problems arising for all of them.
