Beware Thy Neighbor! Week 6 NFC West Matchups + Previews
BILLS vs. CARDINALS (Oct 14 4:05 PM ET)
Both the Cardinals (4-1) and the Bills (2-3) are coming off embarrassing losses. In their last games the Cardinals gave up 9 sacks and their offense only scored 3 points while the Bills gave up 617 yards of offense to the 49ers in a blowout loss.
Kevin Kolb leads a Cardinals offense that is one of the worst in the league, in terms of stats, but he will be facing a Bills defense that is one of the worst in the league. Need I say that the Arizona offensive line must play better in this game than they did last week? Duh.
Ryan Fitzpatrick has been decent this season, but the key to the Bills winning may be the play of RBs Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller.
Bad defense or bad offense? Have to go with the Cardinals simply because they are at home and they are facing the Bills.

GLENDALE, Ariz. -- For a few minutes Sunday, Cardinals kicker Jay Feely was the hero. He had just nailed a 61-yard field goal -- a franchise and personal best -- to tie the score againt Bills with just over a minute to play. The crowd at University of Phoenix Stadium roared in delight.
That same crowd was silenced mere minutes later when Feely missed a 38-yard field goal with three...
Written by Fantasy Furnace Following the Titans win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday night, a sixth sense is telling me that this could be a week of many upsets. We’ll pick a few underdogs but we won’t go overboard as common sense and statistics will always prevail over 'sixth sense' feelings. We finished week #5 going 4-1, bringing the last two week’s total...
As the Arizona Cardinals prepare to welcome the Buffalo Bills into University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale Sunday, let's take a look at the all-time series between the two clubs. Buffalo leads, 5-4, and have won four of the last five games. The last time the two squads met, Kurt Warner tossed a pair of touchdown passes to Larry Fitzgerald to lead the Red Birds to a 41-17 rout...
Buffalo Bills defensive end Mario Williams told ProFootballWeekly.com that his wrist injury is affecting his ability to get past opposing offensive lineman because he can’t use his hands the way he needs to.“I always get doubled, get chipped or get triples — it is what it is. The biggest thing that I have to do is to use my hands and overcome the whole wrist thing,” he said...
(Eds: APNewsNow. Will be updated.) By BOB BAUM AP Sports Writer The Arizona Cardinals have a drastic shortage of running backs, just when they are about to meet a Buffalo defense that has been highly susceptible to the run.
Beanie Wells is long gone with a turf toe, with his earliest return Nov. 25. Now Ryan Williams is out for the season with a left shoulder injury that required...
Mario needs to start being super
Bills fans all around the world are still licking their wounds after the beat-down of epic proportions given to our beloved Bills at the hands of the 49ers. The loss was an utter embarrassment, with running holes the size of semi trucks and wide receivers running free all over the field. What a difference less that 2 weeks makes huh. Just a...
Arizona kicker Jay Feely made a tying 61-yard field goal and, just as improbably, missed a 38-yarder that would have given the cardiac Cardinals another pull-it-from-the-ashes victory.
Had the Cardinals not had so many mistakes before that emotionally-draining sequence, it would never have come down to those two kicks.
Arizona lost a chance to win in regulation when Feely's...
Cardinals running back LaRod Stephens-Howling (hip) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Bills.Fantasy Spin:Stephens-Howling will split touches with William Powell as Arizona tries to replace Ryan Williams (shoulder). Neither player is an attractive fantasy option due to the Cardinals' offensive line woes.
Taking a look at my top 10 ranks, sleeper suggestions and offering live fantasy advice starting at 10am eastern on Sunday.
This week's names to watch in fantasy football: Andrew Hawkins against a Browns defense allowing 50.1 fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts, Kevin Kolb against a leaky Bills pass D and Vick Ballard against the Jets who have been gashed repeatedly on...
