Yes, Bills fans, the season is pretty much done and for most, you won't be able to see Sunday's game as it is blacked out in WNY. However, that doesn't mean you can't get educated about the Titans. Alright, I can't think of a silver lining. I should just start doing a draft or free agent preview. Anyways, its Bills and Titans. This week, we are joined by the boys over at Total Titans to help dissect this match-up. Wanna know about Matt Hasselbeck's play? Chris Johnson's sluggish start? Strenghths and weaknesses? Bud Adams? Of course you don't, but I do! If you want to read my responses to their questions, check out their site.
1) How has Matt Hasselbeck looked for you guys this year?
Matt Hasselbeck is a solid professional quarterback who shows up to work and works hard, and can throw the ball where he wants to throw it. After all of the drama and inaccuracy at the quarterback position the past five or so years for the Titans, that...
BEST OF MAXIM
It’s the last day of Movember so naturally it’s time to check in with those men who’ve been growing a ‘stache to raise awareness for men’s health. Matt Hasselbeck was kind enough – via Twitter - to share his creepy hat/’stache combo. And we’d be doing you guys a giant disservice to end this post without showing what Jim Cantore looked like this morning before getting...
Ramon: Alex Smith or Matt Hasselbeck?? Thank you JB
Not sure if this speaks volume to the improvement in Smith, or as testimony to the downfall of Hasselbeck. Smith's supervision of the offense (mainly, his reduction in turnovers) has been integral to the turnaround of San Francisco this season. Unfortunately, that veracity holds little weight in the statistical-driven realm...
Over the past three weeks, Tennessee's Chris Johnson has delivered his two best games of the season, as well as his worst. Johnson rushed for 130 yards and one touchdown at Carolina in Week 10, and he gained 190 yards on 23 carries versus Tampa Bay in Week 13 (somehow not scoring). Sandwiched in between those efforts was a 12-carry, 13-yard dud at Atlanta.
The Panthers and Bucs...
DEAR MR. FANTASY
This has been one of the most frustrating fantasy football seasons I can remember. It’s been a perfect storm of injuries and players failing to live up to expectations on the field. So, as I look over the rosters of my teams, I thought I would compile the list of the 10 most disappointing NFL fantasy football players for the 2011 season.
Topping the list has to be Tennessee...
Last Week: 12-4
Tennessee @ Buffalo
The Titans have suddenly become relevant again in the AFC Playoff picture. They’re only two games behind the quarterback-needy Texans, and Chris Johnson is finally beginning to emerge from the ashes and perform at the high level he’s displayed throughout his career. Buffalo looked better last [...]
– The Buffalo Bills and Orchard Park Fire District have teamed up to purchase an all-terrain all-weather emergency vehicle in an effort to enhance the team’s game day emergency response capabilities.
District Chief Dan Neaverth, Jr. said, “The collaborative effort involved in the purchase of this equipment exemplifies the team’s commitment to fan safety and...
