Ravens Insider:
Statistically, Sam Koch endured one of his worst games during Sunday's 23-20 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
It began when he shanked his first punt just 21 yards to the Ravens’ 43, which led to a Rashard Mendenhall 4-yard touchdown run in the second quarter.
But Koch rebounded nicely, placing his next two punts inside Pittsburgh’s 20 and launching a 52-yarder to the Steelers’ 19 in the fourth quarter.
"After a punt like that, your confidence kind of goes down," Koch said. "So it’s imperative that your next punt, you follow through and you do what you need to do out there, and I felt like I did. I thought I did really well, and it was a good day after that."
