Sam Koch etched his name onto the Ravens’ record books with his 129th career punt inside the 20 in the team’s 37-34 overtime win against the Buffalo Bills on Oct. 24. But the fifth-year punter, who moved past Kyle Richardson to become the franchise’s all-time leader in that category, seemed to take the honor in stride. “It’s always great to set a new standard inside the 20 or whatever record it is,” Koch said Monday. “But ultimately, it’s about continuing to do what I can to help our team and help our defense by pinning them back deep.” But Koch’s future with the Ravens is hazy. The organization signed him to just a one-year, $1.7 million tender in March, and Koch could likely get a more lucratve deal on the free-agent market.
