No...not a tank with tracks.  Nor a water tank.  Kravitz says that Polian and the front office have stuck with Painter simply because they don't care about winning: Now, after a month's worth of horrible football, they're treating Painter like the next coming of Otto Graham. There's only one reasonable explanation: They're tanking. OK...I don't love the Painter call but I hardly think anyone in the Colts front office believes that losing is ever a good thing.  Were that true not a single player would ever give the kind of effort we've seen from guys like Jeff Saturday, Robert Mathis, Pat Angerer or Pat McAfee this year.
