Ravens veteran QB Kyle Boeller will get the nod in the team's preseason opener on Thursday at New England. Boeller, who had a rough start during the spring, has improved his consistency and discipline this summer in taking more high-percentage throws. "He's been here awhile," HC John Harbaugh said.
