LaDainian Tomlinson is the second true “LT” to stake his claim to those initials. The first was New York Giants linebacker/beast Lawrence Taylor.
These two gentlemen could not be any more different from each other if they tried. One was a narcotic savage both on and off the field.
The other is by most accounts a polite, mild-mannered sort that played the game as a true leader and a respectable warrior.
One’s career has been done for almost 20 years. The other’s could be just coming to an end.
