Starting strong safety LaRon Landry and starting left guard Maurice Hurt both missed practice for a second straight day Thursday, according to the team’s injury report. Landry sat with a sore Achilles’ tendon, but said Thursday morning that the move was “precautionary” and that he felt confident that he would play on Sunday. Hurt, one of the team’s seventh-round draft picks in April, sat with a knee injury.
